🤎Ultimately time doesn’t exist, as we think it does. 🎼We are always in the 💗’now’,💗 therefore any unresolved pain is still present in your life regardless of how long it has been since the original trauma. 🌸🪩
💗It will continue to present itself to you in order for it to be healed. 🪩It doesn’t matter if the trauma and pain occurred 24 hours ago or 24 years ago. 🌸It still needs to be acknowledged processed and released.

🌸As the proverb says; “suffering teaches joy!” How do you know the good without the bad?🌸
So let’s make a go to list for raising your vibration:
✨ Say thank you 10 times (it totally works!)
✨ Spend the day smiling at everyone you walk past
✨ Do something nice for someone and expect nothing in return
✨ Watch something inspiring on YouTube (I recommend travel vlogs- you can visit any country you want in your pjs)
✨ Spend time with an animal
✨ Watch clouds in the sky
✨ Send a message to someone you love, and tell them what they mean to you
✨ Reflect on where you were at this time a year ago
✨ Write on a piece of paper “you are loved” and place under the windscreen wiper of a strangers car
⭐️This list is just your starter pack! Feeling good is a choice you have in every moment, emotions follow action!
