  • It’s a one hour conversation in which Julie Anne receives downloads of information relevant to the client to create an awakening of consciousness.

  • The unconscious pain body is developed 0-6 when we must bond with our care givers regardless of there mental or emotional health. We ourselves do not have access to language at this point so we feel everything intensely hold no boundaries and essentially get programmed with our parents belief system. What keeps us alive in the first half of our life often holds us back as adults.

  • By tuning in to people truth and giving them insights and understanding on their own negative coping strategies. Julie Anne shifts them from the unconscious to the conscious mind so they are then able to work with their own energy correctly. That will allow them to get back in control of there emotions and happiness.

  • 15 onwards because the client needs to be able to articulate what is bothering them or holding them back. However surrogate sessions are available for children under the age of 15 via the primary care giver. We have had sustainable results and huge change with children’s behavioral problems by caregivers doing surrogate sessions. When the parent heals the child heals.

  • Everyone is different however there seems to be a common theme of immediate relief and then perhaps an experience of what’s been blocked for the next 24 to 48 hours. This could feel like fatigue, or exhaustion but it usually integrates really quickly. A great excuse to spend a day in bed watching all your favourite movies.

  • Julie Anne’s prefers to allow people to navigate their own healing process at all times. However she has found the most benefits come from doing four weekly sessions in a row to set a solid foundation or understanding the work and how a client can navigate their own energy correctly. If you reflect on how long you have been on the earth, it’s not realistic to think everything gets healed in one , one hour session. We suggest ongoing sessions for a period of time are best for long term sustainable results.

  • It’s crucial that three pages of a diary is written every day to train your brain to hold yourself accountable on every level. Observation and reflection are the keys to emotional intelligence and staying conscious. Without the ritual of the diary people often fall back in to old coping strategies very easily and find them selves in the space of being unconscious. This will present as irritated or angry.

  • It’s important that the client comes to there session mindful of what they feel there priority of healing is emotionally. So 24 hours before the session we suggest the client reflects on what it is they would like to clear and be free of, and communicate this to Julie Anne at the beginning of the session.

  • Unlimited, some people come every week for a year, some people come every week for a month. It’s entirely up to the individual, and sessions can always be cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hrs notice.
